■Background
In line with our purpose of "to enrich the lives of everyone today and for generations to come, one fine day at a time," the FineToday Group has established "Fine Today & Tomorrow" as a materiality framework focusing on four key pillars—Principles of Governance, People, Planet, and Prosperity—to address priority issues by 2030. In particular, FineToday has positioned the "conservation of nature and biodiversity" as a critical area of focus under the Planet pillar, and recognizes it as a key management priority within that context.
As an expression of this commitment, we endorse the principles of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) and are pleased to announce the release of our first TNFD Report.

■Overview and Highlights of this Report
In preparing the report, FineToday took various global trends into consideration, including the international biodiversity targets for 2030 and 2050 adopted at the 15th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP15) held in December 2022, as an aspect of the FineToday Group's commitment to transforming into a nature-positive organization. Furthermore, application of the TNFD framework has enabled FineToday to gain a deeper understanding of the Group's relationship with the natural environment, as well as to assess its impact and dependence on natural capital along with the related risks and opportunities, which has served as a means of exploring potential response strategies. The report also discloses quantitative performance results and future targets within the relevant areas.

The FineToday Group will remain committed to contributing to the realization of a sustainable society by balancing our business activities with the conservation of the global environment, ensuring a beautiful planet for generations to come.
