“Cultureship” workshop creates
an employee-led Group organizational culture

The FineToday Group established its Purpose and Values in July 2022. In FY2023 we defined Leadership Behavior, outlining the specific ways we expect employees to embody these principles. In FY2024, we also continued hosting our annual “Cultureship” workshop, where participants engaged in discussions about the Group’s organizational culture. Participants led conversations on how the company should change and what actions each of us could take to create our own unique organizational culture.
