FineToday Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, CEO: Tetsuo Komori), the wholly owning parent company of FineToday Co., Ltd., has released its first Sustainability Report.

■Overview of Disclosure
Based on our Purpose (our reason for being) "to enrich the lives of everyone today and for generations to come, one fine day at a time" as well as "Fine Today & Tomorrow 2030," our mid-to-long-term vision aimed at putting these into practice, the FineToday Group has been promoting an array of initiatives that contribute to sustainability in a manner integral to our business operations ever since our establishment.
With recognition that the promotion of ESG initiatives is as integral to management as business operations, we aim to enhance our corporate value consolidating financial and non-financial aspects not only by providing products and services through our business but also by providing value in terms of sustainability, encompassing the environment, human rights, and other important areas. We have also released our first Sustainability Report, with the aim of reporting our achievements to this point to a wide range of stakeholders.
The report includes a message from our CEO and introduces specific initiatives related to the four Ps (Principles of Governance, People, Planet, and Prosperity), which form the pillars of "Fine Today & Tomorrow 2030."
In the course of preparing this report, we made use of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), which provides international guidelines on explaining contributions to sustainability, as well as the framework of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) as references.
